welding. The machine provides continuously feeding of tapes and the tension of

u The automatic alarm system built within the machine provide
warning signal and troubleshooting guide to the operator through prompting on
the touch screen, this function greatly facilitates the time wasting of
maintenance.
u The new function of detecting weight and outer diameter: To meet
the needs of different manufacturers, this equipment can set the number of
turns of the product on the touch screen to determine the weight of the iron core
and can also detect the outer diameter of the product to determine the weight
of the product.
u There are two methods of external welding: spot welding and
sliding welding to meet the requirements of sprayed iron core, and these two
functions can be set based on your need; all position parameters and speed of
the reel can be set freely on the touch screen directly, which is very
convenient for employees Operation, to solve the disadvantages of mechanical
structure adjustment.
u The strip is automatically wound and cut, the inner and outer
coils are automatically welded, the broken strip is automatically stopped, and
the strip can be manually connected and continued to be wound.
u The work efficiency is more than 4 times of manpower, and one
person can take care of three to five machines when the strips are continuous.
